Terms of Service

The agreement between you and AIDE LTD for use of Aide. Last updated 2026-08-15.

1. Who you are contracting with

Aide is operated by AIDE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15154235), registered office Building 18, Gateway 1000, Whittle Way, Stevenage, England, SG1 2FP. VAT registration number GB 452008428. Contact support@aide.services. By creating an account or using Aide you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. What Aide does — and what it does not do

Aide reads your own Amazon selling data, with your explicit authorisation, and presents it back to you as analytics: revenue, advertising performance, profit, inventory and rank.

Aide is read-only. We perform no write operations on your Amazon account of any kind — no bids, campaigns, prices, listings, inventory or settings are created or changed. Aide is not a repricer and not an advertising-automation tool. This is a commitment, not merely a description: if it ever ceases to be true we will tell you before it changes.

Aide is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. "Amazon" and related marks belong to Amazon.com, Inc. and its affiliates. Your use of Amazon's services remains governed by your agreements with Amazon.

3. Your data stays yours

You own your Amazon selling data. We process it only to provide the service to you, never to sell, never for advertising, and never to build products for anyone else. Each customer's data is isolated from every other customer's. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You can disconnect Amazon at any time from inside the product, which deletes the stored authorisation tokens immediately and stops all further access. On account closure or written request we delete your data and revoke stored tokens within 30 days.

4. Trial, subscription and cancellation

5. Price changes, and the founding price

We may change our prices for new customers at any time. If you joined at a founding price, that price is held for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted — that promise is part of this agreement, not marketing. If you cancel and later return, the then-current price applies.

Any change to the price of an existing paid subscription will be notified by email at least 30 days beforehand, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

6. Accuracy, and what Aide is not

Aide reports figures derived from data Amazon provides. Amazon's data can be delayed, restated or incomplete, and some figures — such as the current day's sales, or profit before a settlement is finalised — are necessarily estimates until Amazon settles them. We work hard to be accurate and we show you the basis of each number, but we do not warrant that every figure is exact.

Aide does not provide financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. Its output is management information for your own decision-making. Do not file a tax return or statutory account from Aide's figures without checking them against Amazon's own reports and taking professional advice.

7. Availability and dependence on Amazon

We aim to keep Aide available continuously and to keep your data fresh, but we do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. We may take the service down for maintenance, and will give notice where we reasonably can.

Aide depends on Amazon's APIs. If Amazon changes, throttles, suspends or withdraws access to those APIs, or if your own Amazon authorisation lapses, parts of Aide may stop working through no fault of ours. We will tell you if that happens and, where the loss of service is material and prolonged, you may cancel without further charge.

8. Your responsibilities

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where the breach is not serious we will contact you first.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, and because Aide is management information rather than a system of record, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of sales, or business decisions taken on the basis of Aide's figures. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Aide is provided to businesses. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the change here with a new date, and for any change that materially affects your rights we will email you at least 30 days beforehand so you can cancel if you disagree.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
